While my trip to here, I have booked room for two day stay. Really really it was nice stay. I was impressed with service they offer. Staff was supportive an dedicated in their work. Room was neat and cleaned with nice furniture and comfortable beds. Bed sheet also neat and cleaned.

Hotel is nicely located.affordable pricing with great food. However toilet was having bad odour, may not be in other rooms. I tried to get rid of that but, that odour didnt go. Room was spacious and comfortable. Food was really good. Ground floor lobby was good.

Went here on 13th Oct 18. Since its too early in the morning that we reached kumbakonam we had no other choices . they were charged 850 for double occupancy and 250 extra for additional. Room and rest room were okay . if you don't have any option you can opt this one .

Looking after excellent Photographs posted on tripadvisor I went to Hotel Green Park . But my experience was very bad. The Toilet was choke up. There was no ventilation at all. No cleanliness . I request all tourist to confirm the Hotels Physically & then only decide to stay.

Firstly i have booked my room here just before the day of checkin as our relatives left the town where we planned to stay.Else i would have researched more hotels to stay and read all reviews and feed back.My Mistake on this part. When we reached the hotel for checking-in i struggled with my car for parking somewhere so that i can reach reception. After finding a place to park i went in to get my booked room from receptionist. Unfortunately i took all my baggages, my kid and all of my family since i have a reservation and i was sure of getting rooms i booked. eventually when i spoke with receptionist they said "no rooms available" . when i showed them my reserved booking message , my confirmation message from them , receptionist said - ' sir all rooms are full ; checkout will be after 4 pm and one room will be available ' . i again insisted her "ma'am i have reserved rooms here - 2 rooms - 1 AC and 1 non ac". She reluctantly replied " no rooms now . only by 5 u'll get a room and it'll be a non ac". I was cool even at that time though i had kid, my family waiting so desperately for room. I requested her keeping my cool " ma'am , I have a kid and two oldies . i definitely need an AC room. Can you arrange for that by 5?" . She was not even ready to reply to me. I lost my temper at that point and started showing her why the hell i booked online for ?? to get insulted like this?? No word of apology neither a courtesy was there . I took my entire stuff OF MY OWN to the car and left to get another room for my family. If i had strength and was alone i would have fought for my rooms. But my family comes first so i left the place as i was in dire need of room for my kid to rest and for me to relax after a tiring long drive. very awkward treatment and i really am very sorry for my family members for witnessing such an insult. If u have read till here , please believe me this place is **** with unethical , unprofessional *****. Never opt to stay here even if u dont find anyplace in whole of kumbakonam. It is better to stay in kumbakonam maha maham tank instead of staying here
